Sikafloor® SR aggregates are used with various resin products to produce industrial floors filled coatings, slip-resistant profiles and creation of mechanical key for subsequent coatings.     Available in various gradings:     Type: Aggregate size: SR 1 0.0–0.3 mm SR 2 0.3–0.7 mm SR 30.3–0.9 mmSR 51–2 mm

Shelf life

Storage conditions

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Application steps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Sikafloor® SR aggregates enhance impact and slip resistance in industrial coatings and flooring systems. They can be mixed into or broadcast onto suitable resin systems, while also improving adhesion to concrete substrates by providing a mechanical key for subsequent layers and overlay systems.

When mixed into resin: Add the aggregate to the suitable resin component during mixing, at the specified dosage, then apply the modified resin as required.

When broadcasted: Apply the mixed resin onto the prepared substrate, then broadcast the aggregate uniformly into the wet resin to achieve the required coverage. Remove excess/unbonded aggregate after curing.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.

When used with resins, refer to cleaning recommendations of particular product.
