When doing installation or construction work, there are almost always large gaps, joints and penetrations - the majority of which are not visible in our daily life, as they are usually covered. Commonly, such gaps exist between window or door frames and the surrounding wall, or the area around a conduit penetration, for example. To fill these cavities permanently, it is important to fill them with a high quality sealant to keep the joint well-insulated, especially against acoustic or thermal transfer. Expanding foam sealants work fast, are easy to use and seal even the most unusually-shaped gaps.
