SikaWall®-105 Rush Coat

Store in a cool, dry area in original sealed packaging and at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Add water as per advised mixing ratio, to achieve desired consistency, into a clean mixing vessel, before slowly adding the SikaWall®-105 Rush Coat powder. SikaWall®-105 Rush Coat is best mixed in a forced action mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mix is free of lumps but not longer than 5 minutes. A slow speed double paddle drill (maximum 500 rpm) can be also used for mixing.

For spray gun application, please follow the instructions of machine manufacturer. Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio.

Normal tumble type concrete mixers are not suitable for mixing.

Do not add extra water or other ingredients. Mix only full bags for the best result.

SikaWall®-105 Rush Coat is best applied on to the prepared substrate using a tyrolean box. Apply on entire prepared area and allow time for the material to stiffen. Ensure that the applied material covers the entire surface area. A rough texture is to be obtained to provide a mechanical key for the subsequent coat of plaster.

Good curing practice must always be followed.
As a general guidance, the rush coat has to be cured with water for at least three days by misting the substrate twice a day.

Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened SikaWall®-105 Rush Coat can only be removed mechanically.
