SikaShield® PB P15 PE SA 6 mm

A Semi-Flexible 6 mm Protection and Recovery Board

SikaShield® PB P15 PE SA 6 mm is a tough semiflexible, rot-proof, durable pre-molded bitumen based board with the top surface covered with a thin polyethlene film and the underside covered with a thin easy torched polyethylene film.
Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

  • Compatible with bituminous torch applied or self-adhesive membranes.
  • Avoids the need for masonry or screed protection.
  • Resistant to corrosive salts in groundwater.
  • Can be applied vertically or horizontally.
  • Robust, durable and flexible.

Usage

  • Excellent protection of waterproofing system. Forms a protective layer against sharp stones during backfilling.
  • Protects the waterproofing systems from damage caused by impact of tools and equipment at the site.
  • Avoids the need for masonry or screed protection.

Storage conditions

Boards must be stored in their original package and under cool and dry conditions between temperatures of +5 °C and +35 °C. They must be
protected from direct sunlight, rain, snow and ice.
