SikaRapid®-2702 3D

Liquid sprayed accelerator for Sikacrete®-2700 3D series

SikaRapid®-2702 3D is an accelerator for use with the Sikacrete®-2700 3D series of products. It is a liquid additive whose dosage can be varied to the desired setting and hardening times.
Suitable to use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Usage

SikaRapid®-2702 3D is suitable for all 3D Printing applications where rapid buildability, fast setting times and high early strength buildup is required.

Shelf life

3 months from date of production if stored properly

Storage conditions

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +50 °C. Mix well before use.

Application Information

Dispensing

The 3D Printing setup should be able to dispense SikaRapid®-2702 3D from a nozzle placed at the printer head, where it gets mixed with Sikacrete®-
2700 3D series product mixture, prior to its extrusion from the printer head.
Consumption

Recommended dosage

0.5 % – 1.5 % of Sikacrete®-2700 3D product series
The consumption of SikaRapid®-2702 3D depends on the print element, type and parameters of printing set up, temperature conditions (mortar and ambient), required layer thickness, setting time and early strength development.
