Liquid sprayed accelerator for Sikacrete®-3701 3D

SikaRapid®-3701 3D is an accelerator for use with the Sikacrete®-3701 3D. It is a liquid additive whose dosage can be varied to the desired setting and hardening times. Suitable to use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Usage

SikaRapid®-3701 3D is suitable for all 3D Printing applications where rapid buildability, fast setting times and high early strength buildup is required.

Shelf life

12 months from date of production if stored properly

Storage conditions

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +50°C. Mix well before using.

Application Information

Dispensing

The 3D Printing setup should be able to dispense SikaRapid®-3701 3D from a nozzle placed at the printer head, where it gets mixed with Sikacrete®-3701 3D mixture prior to its extrusion from the printer head.
Consumption

Recommended dosage

0.5 – 0.8 % of Sikacrete®-3701 3D

The consumption of SikaRapid®-3701 3D depends on the print element, type and parameters of printing set up, temperature conditions (mortar and ambient), required layer thickness, setting time and early strength development.
