SikaPaver®-3936

Impregnation agent for paving stones and other manufactured concrete products

SikaPaver®-3936 is an impregnation agent that has been specifically developed for the application on dry and semidry concrete elements.
The surface that has been treated with SikaPaver®-3936 is water and oil-repellent and additionally provides dirt and stain protection. SikaPaver®-3936 improves the color brilliancy and allows for better stability of the color.
SikaPaver®-3936 can be sprayed or rolled on the surface of manufactures concrete products immediately after their compaction and stripping. Once applied, the product doesn't require any special drying or curing treatment: the elements can be transferred directly to the chamber for curing, as it is normally done. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Usage

SikaPaver®-3936 is suitable for the surface treatment of paving stones and any other type of manufactured concrete products, i.e. elements made with dry or semi-dry concrete and compacted by vibration or vibro-compression.

Storage conditions

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from direct sunlight.

Coverage depends on wind, humidity and temperature. Production tests should always be carried out to determine the optimal dosage and effect.
Application steps

APPLICATION

SikaPaver®-3936 is a liquid product and has been sprayed or rolled on the surface of the fresh elements, immediately after their compaction and stripping.
To achieve optimal results, it is very important to ensure that the spraying system allows a homogeneous and even distribution of SikaPaver®-3936 on the surface of the elements.
